Meet and Greet

We meet and greet all of our guests and provide a concierge service to ensure that you receive the warmest possible welcome. You won't have to concern yourself getting your luggage to your apartment or how everything works.

We will give you a short guided tour of your apartment to ensure you understand the facilities available and we will do our very best to answer any questions you may have.

Your Welcome Guide will also contain instructions for all household appliances.
