The VIP attention given to him was outstanding and he emailed me immediately when he checked in to state that he wished that the other hotels in Florence were like Oakhill Apartments. "Most impressive and important to us, the entire apartment was immaculately clean. All beds were extremely comfortable. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom, one in the hall. Everything was impressively clean, down to the bright white grout and caulking. The kitchen is excellent, fully fitted out with everything we could have wanted or needed. We did cook several meals here and never went looking for anything we didn't find. There is also an excellent "user's manual" for the apartment, which includes specific information on the apartment (detailed instructions for each appliance), local shopping information, restaurant info and take out menus, health care information, local maps and directions, as well as contact information for the manager if you have any other questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends with no reservations"
